Located on the 14th floor this luxury penthouse apartment needed a full renovation. The process was stripping this glorious, 15-foot ceiling apartment down to bare bones as a gut renovation. Then we rebuilt the walls, floors and doorways, kitchen and bathrooms, and reworked the electrical, the plumbing, the HVAC, and every detail up to the newest cutting-edge, luxury finishes.
Our project featured new 9-foot high solid wood TruStile doors, custom hardware, lovely PID engineered wood flooring, 12-inch dental crown moldings, sculptural light fixtures throwing elegant light over large format Florim ceramic floor tiles, custom European millwork throughout, an exquisite Scavolini kitchen, stunning Gucci and Schumacher wallpaper murals in the master and guest bathrooms, making this a truly spectacular renovation.
