Our challenge here was Midtown tunnel traffic and local parking, but as seasoned New York pros our go to work around was early morning deliveries and tactical trade scheduling the result of which is this very elegant New York City duplex.
At 132 East 35th Street we were tasked with giving this apartment a fresh makeover. As such we were entrusted to raise the level of decor in this modern duplex to the very high standards. This also included new electrical and wall patching, skim coat plastering and fine painting. We also installed beautiful new wallpaper and new fixtures throughout.
