Another great, full gut remodel, JBJ’s craftsmanship here included quickly, cleanly, and safely demolishing the entire interior elements and providing a completely new floor plan relocating walls and rooms to maximize flow and livability. We re-wired all of the electrical and re-piped all of the drains and waterlines and installed an all-new HVAC system. Our work here featured new beautifully finished solid wood floors, all new doors and hardware, moldings, including restoring many of the classic, existing moldings by stripping decades of paint off them and repairing them. These came out great and preserved a lot of the building’s original charm! We built four new modern bathrooms, a brand new kitchen with custom cabinets and stone countertops. We completed the entire project with skim-coat plastering, a great paint job and professionally designed lighting that highlights every great new and revived architectural feature!
